This customer’s home previously had work done by Jersey Shore Crawlspace Enhancement so they are protected by our warranties. With drainage matting and a vapor barrier already in the crawl space, we performed the following services to get the crawl space in the best condition possible:

• Disinfection & sanitization treatment.
• Raise the grade of the crawl space using ⅜” pea gravel.
• Installed a PVC synthetic crawl space door.
• Rodent treatment.

Before & After — Long Beach Island

This Long Beach Island customer had reached out to us because there was standing water in their crawl space. We performed the following services to address the moisture and make sure that the crawl space can stay dry for years to come:

• Ground clean out.
• Debris removal.
• Partial mold/fungicide treatment.
• Disinfection & sanitization treatment.
• Installed a string reinforced vapor barriers on the floors, walls, & pillars.
• Installed drainage matting.
• Installed a Zoeller ½ HP sump pump with vertical switch.
• Installed a frost free fitting where the sump pump discharge line exits through the foundation.
