This customer approached us because they were having issues with moisture and the ventilation in their crawl space. To provide better ventilation for the space to keep it nice, dry, and protected, we performed the following services:
- Full mold & disinfection treatment.
- Created 3 vent openings and installed automatic temperature vents.
- Replaced the old dryer vent with a 4” aluminum dryer vent pipe.
- Installed 3 Tjernlund model V2D crawl space fans.
- Tacked up wires (where applicable).

This customer reached out to us because one of their children is purchasing their home and they wanted to make sure that it was in great shape before they passed down the keys. To bring this home back to its former glory, we performed the following services:
- Ground clean out & insulation removal.
- Full mold & disinfection treatment.
- Installed a 12 mil string reinforced vapor barrier on the floors, walls, & pillars.
- Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
- Installed a PVC synthetic crawl space door.
- Installed 3 vent wells.
- Tacked up wires (where applicable).
