Before & After — Wildwood Crest

• This customer reached out to us because they had an elevator shaft taking on water. They wanted a professional to assess outside and inside the pit to determine the best means to address the moisture issues. We decided that the best course of action would be encapsulating the crawl space, so we completed the following services:
  • A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
  • A mold treatment as well as a disinfection & sanitation treatment. 
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Installed an Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifier.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
  • Light grading of floor to even out any dips larger than 3”.
  • Sealed any air leaks and tacked up any wires (where applicable).

Before & After — Whiting

• This customer came to us because they were aware of some moisture related issues in their crawl space and wanted a professional opinion. To bring this crawl space back to its former glory, we performed the following services to ensure that their crawl space was healthy and protected:
  • A partial mold & fungicide treatment.
  • Raised the grade of the lowest points of the crawl space with ⅜” pea gravel.
  • Installed 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars. 
  • Installed foam pipe insulation to any sections that were missing it.
