This new homeowner called us for a crawl space evaluation because the home inspector recommended it. All the homeowner really knew was that their crawl space was experiencing moisture issues, had a history with mold, and that they wanted the space to be more accessible. To bring this crawl space back to its former glory for its new owner, we performed the following crawl space services:

• A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
• A full mold treatment.
• Installed 25-mil drainage matting.
• Installed a ½ HP sump pump and extended the drain line underground.
• Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
• Extended the gutter downspouts below ground to a pop up emitter roughly 20 feet from the foundation.
• Installed an Aprilaire model 1820 dehumidifier.
