Before & After — Toms River

This homeowner had an inspection done recently where they found some mice in the insulation and some issues related to moisture. To help correct these issues, we performed the following services:

• A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
• Replaced old sidewall insulation with 2” rigid foam board sidewall insulation on all exterior walls.
• Mold treatment.
• Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
• Installed an Aprilaire 1872 dehumidifier.
• Installed R-19 encapsulated insulation and foam pipe insulation.
• Tacked up wires (where applicable).
• A rodent treatment.

Before & After — Absecon

This homeowner was interested in putting their home on the market so they wanted to make sure that it was in good standing when it came time for inspection. To bring this home back to its former glory, we performed the following services:

• In the attic we performed a mold treatment and installed R-19 floor encapsulated insulation.
• Cleaned out the crawl space, pumped out standing water, and removed old insulation.
• Raised the grade of the crawl space using approximately eight tons of  ⅜” pea gravel.
• Installed 25 mil drainage matting.
• Installed a ½ HP sump pump and extended the sump pump drain line.
• Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, and pillars.
• Tacked up wires (where applicable).
