• This customer reached out to us because they wanted a full evaluation of their four unit condo’s crawl space. Being that these condos are so close to the water, there were some moisture-related issues in the crawl space. To rectify these, we performed the following services: 
  • A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
  • A mold treatment.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors and 4” up the walls.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
  • Extended the gutter downspouts above ground.
  • A rodent treatment.

• This customer came to us because they wanted to get rid of the mice that were invading their home and address moisture-related issues in the crawl space. To bring this home and crawl space back to its former condition, we performed the following services:
  • A ground clean out to remove debris, old insulation, and rodent droppings.
  • A mold treatment as well as a disinfection & sanitation treatment to the floors and walls.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Sealed any and all foundation cracks and air leaks.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
  • Installed foam pipe insulation.
  • Installed a PVC synthetic crawl space door.
