$16/Hour paid weekly. Bi-weekly bonus structure that you are entitled to following training. Can make an additional $180/biweekly in starting bonus structure. A review is performed following 1-2 week inspector training period. We provide on the job training (paid) and provide an on-boarding manual to ensure their success in this position. You will be tasked with completing evaluations of crawl spaces, basements, attics and/or the exterior of new and existing customer homes. You will be taking evaluation photographs and preparing evaluation reports of the areas inspected. Following this, you will transmit this info back to the office for review. An inside sales rep may have questions regarding what the inspector is seeing in real time. You will report to the office at 7:00 AM and are provided with company vehicle to complete their evaluations once they get started on their own. At times, the position may require assisting in service call execution and assisting the installations team by checking on work currently in progress. Immediate availability to start.
