Following our evaluation, we came up with a treatment plan to bring this crawl space back to its former glory. We performed the following crawl space services:
  • A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
  • A mold treatment.
  • A disinfection & sanitation treatment to the floors.
  • Raised the grade of the crawl space using approximately two tons of ⅜” pea gravel.
  • Installed 25 mil drainage matting.
  • Installed a ⅓ HP sump pump.
  • Installed a 12 mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Installed an Aprilaire 1820 dehumidifier.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation and foam pipe insulation.
  • Installed a PVC synthetic crawl space door.
