  • A ground clean out to remove debris and old insulation.
  • A deodorizer treatment.
  • Raised the grade of the crawlspace using three tons of ⅜” pea gravel.
  • Installed 25-mil drainage matting.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Installed R19 encapsulated insulation.
  • Installed foam pipe insulation.
  • Installed a PVC synthetic crawlspace door.
  • Secured a loose temp vent.
  • Sealed the air leaks and tacked up wires where applicable.
