What to Expect During Our 22-Point Evaluation

It is imperative to maintain regular maintenance of your crawlspace by a moisture management professional. A handyman or pest control company is a great asset to have in maintaining your home, but spaces like the attic, basement, or crawlspace are entities that should be maintained by a trained professional who understands the effects of moisture here on the Jersey Shore. We offer a 22-point comprehensive evaluation designed to establish a baseline of the current conditions within your crawlspace, basement and/or attic. Our evaluation is designed to benchmark the current performance of your existing components and outlines measures to enhance your home. We then provide a consultative approach to meet your priorities while protecting your family and your home.

Our Evaluation Process

Each evaluation is performed to identify the current conditions, photograph the entirety of the locations inspected, and graph and report any and all findings. In addition to finding problem areas in the home, this will help to identify areas that are performing well and may not require corrective action. This information is vital in many of our long standing relationships as a means to continually monitor and advise our customers in a fashion that helps protect their families and their homes from adverse conditions commonly found in the areas we evaluate.

Our evaluations provide us with the information needed to identify negative conditions within the homes we inspect, while simultaneously providing the Installations Department with the information needed to effectively engineer an entire set of any and all recommendations to be posed to the customer following the evaluation. We refer to this full set of recommendations as the “Complete Quote”, which somewhat acts as a complete shopping list of measures that we would advise our customer to consider. In addition to a “Complete Quote”, we will provide you with a “Priority Quote” which will detail the products and services we feel are absolutely necessary at this point in time for your home and family’s safety.
