Before & After — Wenonah

• This customer approached us because they had recently purchased their new home and noticed moisture issues that an inspector failed to notice themselves. Interested in waterproofing their crawl space, we decided with the customer that an exterior French drain would be the best solution. We performed the following services: 
  • Applied basement epoxy to the interior perimeter of the foundation.
  • Installed an exterior French drain system incorporating catch basins and existing gutter downspouts.

Before & After — Brigantine

• This customer came to us because they had a contractor come to their house and they saw mold on the floor joists of the crawlspace. Along with being recommended a mold treatment, they also recommended having their crawl space encapsulated. We agreed with this after performing our own evaluation, so we performed the following services:
  • A ground clean out to remove the old vapor barrier, debris, and old insulation.
  • Removed mold from the affected wood structure and floor joists.
  • A full mold treatment.
  • Installed 25-mil drainage matting.
  • Installed a 12-mil string reinforced vapor barrier to the floors, walls, & pillars.
  • Installed R30 encapsulated insulation.
  • Installed a new door well.
  • Transformed 3 existing vents into galvanized vents.
  • Installed a temporary air scrubber for the duration of the mold treatment.
  • Better secured all 10 temperature vents to the foundation wells to ensure that they’re secure.
